The Sewers expansion allows you to add an extra dimension to your Heroes System games. Units can now venture underground in a peculiar environment with specific rules. Use the tiles from this expansion to create one underground battlefield or fight on different levels, as your armies slug it out, both in the sewers and on the surface.
To use this expansion, create a sewer board using the tiles provided and place it next to the surface board. You can also create only one sewer board to fight in the subsurface.

The new owners of the blade aren’t safe yet at al. Now they must find a way out of Simahabad and the inhospitable desert that surrounds what is left of this city.

Outside, alas, new enemies draw near. Luuckily reinforcements approach as well.
Who shall get there first? What side shal be the winner of this epic final battle.
In the deepest vaults of Simahabad, July 1924:
After defeating their enemies in a frantic race, the squad finds its way into the depths of the, once again found, city of Simahabad. They commence the search for Nys-leteph. A suddenly collapsing ceiling blocks their way back. Due to the darkness the team is split up into two separate crews wandering through the underground galleries.
The infidel’s intrusion did not go unnoticed. Those guarding the cursed blade are vigilant as ever…
South Lybian desert, July 1942:
After a long harsh haul through the desert, professor Duprez and his companions discover the ruins of the lost city of Simahabad in the far distance. Knowing the Nazis are also looking for this place and may appear at any time, Captain Badger deemed it very wise tu request the escort of some seasoned SAS troops.
Not a moment too soon, Ilda received some very special support as well.
Back in Berlin, the location of the lost city had ben obtained through some very persuasive measures.
This badly needed intelligence was sent immediately along with extra fighting power.
A race in the desert ensues. Who Shall be the first to reach the ruins of Simahabad.
South Lybyan desert, July 1942:
“Now then, Professor Deadman, where is this mysterious city of Simahabad?”
Ilda neither trusted the scientist nor believed much of his declarations. She much rather would have sent him ahead into the desert along with a scouting section of Sonderkommando Dora to locate the ruins of the lost city, before having to venture in the dust and heat herself.
Beware, not all shadows are images in the desert.
Dunyazade has had enough of this ever more invasive Nazi presence. This particular column shall face the wrath of the Sand Vipers and be made an exemple, to warn all those foolish enough to follow…
