For the Europe zone, the products will arrive at the distributor on Wednesday 30 January 2019. The dispatch file has just been sent. The time to check it and make an address verification campaign and the dispatch can start.

For dispatch from Australia (Australia, Asia, South America and Africa), the products arrived at the dispatcher’s premises. The dispatch file has just been sent. We have given the green light for the launch of the dispatch.

It is no longer possible to change your address for the Europe zone or for dispatch from Australia (Australia, Asia, South America and Africa) by contacting us because the files have been sent and taken into account by the dispatchers.
