Hey folks,


as a backer of the HoN TCG Kickstarter campaign, I'm still waiting for my delivery. I tried to contact DPG several times via Kickstarter and the contact form on the homepage during the last six months and did never get an answer.


Please contact me so I can finally get my game.

Did you actually fill out your Pledge Manager? You can go to CROWDFUNDING >> PLEDGE MANAGER and check if your TCG pledge is complete and you have 0 money outstanding. If you failed to do that, then you will not have gotten your package.


Did you move and not update your address?


Have you checked your spam folder?

In the Pledge Manager my pledge has the status "Completed", fully paid and the the "pledge validation" says "my pledge is valid".


I did not move and the address is correct. I even received a small envelope with some fixed cards last year.


I check my spam folder regularly and didn't get any mail from DPG.

Well, that exhausts all my avenues of help. It sounds like you were complete at the time of fulfillment, so I have no idea why you did not get your game.


Unless you live in Russia or Brazil?

After a question from DPG if my case has been solved in August, I never received another response and I'm still waiting for my game or a refund.

I'm sorry you had to wait so long to have answer. DPG is recovering from a very bad time and it's only slowly we can solve past problems, but we will solve them for sure.

So, i take a look to your order and everything is paid.

Sadly i look to our stock and we don't curently have a Pledge Overlord, only Neptune ones. We can either send you the Neptune and refund the difference or juste refund everything
