Hi! I have recently received my order (King of the Hill pledge level – ENG) but inside there is Tricks&Mercenaries in French.

My order reference is KS4-7177.


Could you provide a substitution?

I would suggest you try using the contact page or email kickstarter.dpg at gmail dot com and let DPG know about the problem.

Hello!


I made a "Late Pledge Kharnage" on 30th. June 2016 and got a mail the same day confirming my pledge. But I haven't heard from you since.


Now I read all orders for Europe are shipped except "backers who didn't fill their pledge manager on time". Maybe that's me?

But I haven't received any mail telling me to do this.

I've tried using the contact form here, but after choosing a date, I get a message saying that the date format is wrong. Does anyone have a solution to this?

As posted, DPG is overloaded at the moment. Give it a bit longer. I will ping Axel to let him know to look for a message and also pass on the date issue.

Actually, I just tried the Contact Us for an Order Issue and had no problem.


However, when you try to enter a date using the calendar tool that pops up when you click the arrow button, you have to select the date on the LOWER calendar. Using the upper version (showing the month redundantly for some reason) will not update the date entry.


If you did use the lower calendar control, then Please PM me — do not post here — with the following information:


Which Contact form you were trying to use

Which Address you entered, and how exactly you entered it.


I will pass it on to DPG to be handed to the webmaster 🙂
